Rotary Cutter Ø28 mm

Cut quickly, accurately and safely with this rotary cutter. Suitable for use on photos, thick paper, felt, fabric, leather, cardstock, cardboard and other craft supplies. The supplied blade for cutting straight lines has a diameter of 28 mm.
The rotary cutter can be rolled forwards or backwards and can cut several layers at once, depending on thickness.
