All' our boxes are filled with lovingly assembled and carefully selected materials. You can use them to create unique cards, bind books, make small boxes, etc. Let yourself be surprised by our monthly boxes and conjure up your own great works of art with the contents.
The whole thing is a surprise box, so it can contain all forms of products (assortment goods, new goods, products from Alexandra Renke and also other brands). In the Kreativbox, for example, also Dies, so it would be good if you have a punching machine at home.
Our creative box team will present you examples on Instagram and YouTube under the hashtags: #kreativbox & #alexandrarenke during each month. Feel free to get ideas. Of course, you can also use the #. We are looking forward to your projects.
Subscription
If you would like to subscribe to one or both boxes, please send us your request to info@alexandra-renke.de or use the contact form.
Additional order
For the duration of the subscription there is the possibility of a free shipping order, which will be sent with the box as an insert. To do this, select the "Supplement" shipping method in your order and complete the order.
In order to ensure that your inserts go safely with the box, it is best to check your customer account to see whether we have received the payment.
Orders received and paid after the payment deadline can unfortunately no longer be considered and will be sent with the next box.
Other advantages
All subscribers of a box receive a 5% voucher - valid during their subscription period - which can be redeemed in the entire store (gift vouchers excluded). This becomes active after the first box is shipped. Not combinable with other promotions.
Payment
Payment is made monthly by direct debit. This will be due to possible return debit notes, with sufficient time to send. If you subscribe to both boxes, payment and shipping will be done separately.

Renewal
At the end of your subscription period, the subscription will be renewed automatically.
Cancellation
The cancellation of the subscription must be done in written form by E-Mail to info@alexandra-renke.de or by mail to Alexandra Renke, Bensberger Straße 180, 51503 Rösrath at least 1 month before the end of the subscription or 1 month to the end of the month after the first renewal.
All products, tutorials and creative ideas are subject to our Angel Policy. The exchange or replacement of products from the box is excluded!
