If you have bought a download, you can find the download in your customer account under the item Sofortdownloads. There you can download the downloads after we have received your payment (with the payment method prepayment it may take a little longer).
If you order as a guest, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If, for example, a voucher could not be redeemed or the amount to be transferred is not correct, it writes in the comment field and selects prepayment. Write us also again an e-mail, then we get this in any case. We will contact you and send you a new invoice and you can transfer the money.
If you adjust the amount yourself from the beginning and transfer the amount as it is right for you, order and payment do not match. This makes the bookkeeping more difficult and the order cannot be processed automatically.
